Iceland Day 2- Golden Circle & Blue Lagoon

Iceland is not allowed to import any horses, and exported horses are not allowed to return. That is why Icelandic horses are now the world's most isolated breed of horse in Iceland. They are pony-sized, but very hardy. Orignally from Mongolia.

Waterall Gullfoss, the "Golden Falls", in glacial river Hvita.

Geysir & active hot spring Strokkur (spouting every 5 min).

First Icelandic parliament, Althing (Lake Thingvallavatn & rift valley between the two continental plates.), Almannagja & "Rock of law".

Blue Lagoon (Spa).

In Iceland, the sky doesn't get dark in summer time. This was taken on the plane at 2am. It is about the darkest it gets...with my camera effect it even look darker in the picture.

Every stores in Iceland takes Euro, and almost all Iceland people speaks another language to communicate with the tourist, or to travel outside of Iceland. Everyone speaks English to me, met great people, and with the best weather you can possibly get in Iceland! The first traveling experience was great! Can't expect more than that! : D
